Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kawsify's services, tools, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our infrastructure or services.
Service Provision
We provide DevOps consultancy, infrastructure management, and technical resources. While we strive for 100% uptime, services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kawsify. Our proprietary automation scripts and architectural designs are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Kawsify of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kawsify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
